Remote session vocals are the secret weapon of top level producers and artists, as working with real pro’s will level up a production from saturated sample packs or generic AI vocals.

One area I specialise in is adding background vocals and harmonies. I have worked with many artists to compliment a lead vocal with smooth, stacked backing vocals that elevate the lead vocal.

My background in Gospel and church singing has given me a keen ear for stacking harmonies, adding lots of layers to give a thick, soulful accompaniment. Many artists and producers tell me that this really adds a professional touch to a production, and is something that can’t be replicated by plugins, AI or sample packs.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

I provide a relaxed and professional service, and I aim to ensure we have a creative and collaborative experience. I have been recording session vocals remotely for several years, and understand the importance of delivering for my clients.

  • Include the BPM, key, reference vocals (if you have any) and what you would like me to provide.

  • I’ll get back to you with a quote and to discuss any terms or details of the project.

  • I’ll record the vocals promptly at my home studio, keeping you updated on delivery times. Standard turnaround time is 7-10 days.

  • I’ll send the HQ stems over with no processing, so you have complete control over the vocal sounds in your production.

FAQ’S

Everything you could ever need to know about my services and how remote vocal recording works…

  • First, We will discuss the project and what you would like me to provide. 

    Once the project has been funded, I will ask you to send over any files, instrumentals, references or lyrics I may need to get started on your project.

    When finished I will send over a rough mix, and once the track is approved and funding is released I'll send over all dry unprocessed vocals files.

  • Yes I include two round of revisions as required. Anything required over this may be subject to a fee.

  • Unfortunately not. There are many examples of my work on this website, and I also have sample packs available with dry stems to give an idea of what to expect.

  • - 50% Top Line (melody/lyrics/ full song)

    - 25% Hooks

    - 25% Co-writes/edits

  • Yes - please contact me to discuss.

  • If you want to use my name or include me as a featured artist, this must be requested BEFORE the release. Please contact me about this, features are agreed on a song by song basis.
